These Terms & Policies outline important information regarding artwork, purchases, shipping, returns, privacy, intellectual property, and use of this website. By placing an order through Ripple & Roam, you agree to the terms applicable to your purchase below.

Original Artwork, Prints & Copyright

All original artwork, artwork imagery, designs, photographs, written content, branding, graphics, and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by Ripple & Roam LLC and/or the artist, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original artwork or fine art print gives the purchaser ownership of the physical item purchased. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights in the artwork. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Ripple & Roam LLC and/or the artist unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Personal, non-commercial photographs of purchased artwork are welcome. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, commercially photographed for reproduction, manufactured into products, distributed digitally, licensed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. The lawful owner of a physical original artwork may subsequently sell or transfer ownership of that physical artwork; any such resale or transfer does not include copyright or reproduction rights.

Handmade Characteristics & Studio Studies

Original Ripple & Roam artwork is created by hand and may incorporate materials and processes that naturally produce variations in texture, surface, edges, color, pattern, placement, or finish. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Every effort is made to photograph and describe each piece accurately; however, colors, textures, metallic finishes, reflective surfaces, dimensional details, and scale may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, viewing conditions, and device. Dimensions and weights are approximate unless otherwise stated. Please review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, framing information, and other product details carefully before purchasing.

Artwork identified as a Studio Study represents a moment of experimentation within the Ripple & Roam creative process and may include visible characteristics resulting from testing materials, techniques, construction methods, framing, finishing, or other elements. Known characteristics that materially distinguish a Studio Study will be disclosed in the artwork listing whenever reasonably possible. Studio Studies may be offered at special studio pricing in consideration of these disclosed characteristics. By purchasing a Studio Study, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the condition and characteristics described and shown in the corresponding product listing.

Fine Art Prints & Print-on-Demand Products

Certain Ripple & Roam designs may be offered as fine art prints or other reproduced artwork. Unlike original artwork, these products are reproductions of an original Ripple & Roam work and are not one-of-a-kind pieces.

Fine art prints and other print-on-demand products may be produced and fulfilled by a professional third-party production partner. Production location, materials, packaging, carrier, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination, and separate items within the same order may arrive in different shipments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prints and reproductions do not include a Certificate of Authenticity for an original artwork.

Pricing, Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change at any time without prior notice. Original artwork is one of a kind and available only while inventory lasts. The appearance of an artwork on the website does not guarantee availability until an order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Orders are considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required. Ripple & Roam reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate product information, or inventory discrepancies and may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order. If Ripple & Roam cancels a paid order, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Original artwork is carefully packaged according to its size, materials, construction, and destination. Processing and shipping times may vary by artwork, and estimated delivery dates provided by Ripple & Roam or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when available, and some artwork may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Fine art prints and print-on-demand products may be produced and shipped directly by a third-party fulfillment partner. Production times, shipping methods, carriers, and packaging may vary by product and destination, and multiple items from the same order may arrive separately.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional production or shipping costs required to resend the order may be the customer's responsibility. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact Hello@RippleAndRoam.com as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipment.

Carrier transit times may be affected by weather, service interruptions, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances outside Ripple & Roam's reasonable control. If a shipment appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact Hello@RippleAndRoam.com so Ripple & Roam can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Complimentary standard shipping is included within the United States. Expedited delivery may be available upon request and is charged only for the additional cost above standard shipping. Please contact the studio before purchasing to confirm availability and delivery timing.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout. International shipments may experience customs delays, and customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may legally be imported into their destination country. Nothing in these policies limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

When local pickup or local delivery is offered, applicable instructions will be provided during or after checkout. Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting the artwork within the mutually agreed timeframe. Availability of local pickup or delivery may vary by artwork and is not guaranteed for all products.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Orders

All sales of original artwork and Studio Studies are final. Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, Ripple & Roam does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, size, color, or other subjective considerations. Please carefully review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, framing information, and any applicable Studio Notes before purchasing.

Fine art prints and print-on-demand products may be produced specifically to fulfill each individual order. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Hello@RippleAndRoam.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs of the artwork or product and affected area, photographs of the exterior and interior packaging when applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier or fulfillment provider may require it.

After reviewing the circumstances, Ripple & Roam will determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the product and nature of the issue, this may include repair, replacement, reprinting, refund, carrier claim assistance, or another mutually agreed resolution. Because original artwork is one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be possible. Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may be more difficult to resolve and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Room Mockups

Complimentary digital room mockups are available for select artwork. To request one, please send a photo of your space along with the name of the artwork you’re considering. Mockups are intended as a visual guide and may not represent exact scale, color, or lighting.

Artwork Care, Handling & Installation

Ripple & Roam artwork is intended for appropriate indoor display unless expressly stated otherwise in the artwork listing. Artwork should be protected from excessive moisture, heat, prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, and other environmental conditions that may adversely affect its materials. Textured, sculptural, metallic, sand-based, and mixed-media surfaces should be handled with particular care.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate hanging hardware, installation methods, wall anchors, and display locations based on the size, weight, materials, and construction of the artwork. Professional installation is recommended for larger or heavier pieces when appropriate. Ripple & Roam LLC is not responsible for damage to artwork, property, or persons resulting from improper installation, mounting, handling, storage, cleaning, modification, or display after delivery.

Privacy

Ripple & Roam respects your privacy. When you visit this website, place an order, submit a form, contact Ripple & Roam, or subscribe to communications, information may be collected including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping information, order and transaction information, information you voluntarily submit through website forms, and certain technical or usage information associated with your interaction with the website.

Personal information may be used to process and fulfill purchases, communicate regarding orders, provide customer support, arrange production and shipping, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain website security and business records, comply with tax or legal obligations, improve the website and customer experience, and send marketing communications when you have elected to receive them.

Ripple & Roam does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website and business, including website and commerce providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, email service providers, analytics providers, tax services, and other vendors involved in providing products or services. These providers may process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations. Payment information is processed through authorized payment providers; Ripple & Roam does not directly store complete payment card information.

Purchasing from Ripple & Roam does not require you to subscribe to marketing communications. If you voluntarily subscribe, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those communications. Transactional communications relating to an order may still be sent when necessary to complete or service your purchase.

Where required by applicable law, visitors may be provided options regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Artwork imagery, photographs, text, branding, designs, graphics, and other creative material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, commercially exploited, or incorporated into other products or services without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Ripple & Roam artwork, imagery, photography, written content, designs, and other creative material may not be scraped, downloaded in bulk, compiled into datasets, or used without permission for the purpose of developing, training, fine-tuning, or commercially operating artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Ripple & Roam reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, services, website content, or website functionality when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ripple & Roam LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from improper installation, mounting, handling, modification, storage, cleaning, or display of purchased artwork.

Ripple & Roam's responsibility for damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, or lost orders is governed by the applicable provisions of these Terms & Policies and any rights provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
